On Labor Day we headed to a park and it was so fun. The weather was awesome and everyone just played! Graham is getting so big and loving to play on the playgrounds.
These are my people! I'm such a lucky lady to have this amazing husband, 5 beautiful kids and to be able to hang with my mom as much as we do! We love her so much!
Graham has found his new favorite spot and is such a big helper (not really) with the dishwasher!

This is Hinckley. He is in Jonah's primary class. He has special needs due to some medical issues. He has the sweetest little personality and Jonah loves him so much! It has been awesome to watch the friendship between these two boys. Jonah and his other classmates take turns being Hinckley's helper during primary. This was right before it was Jonah's turn. We went over to their house so Jonah could learn a little more about Hinckley's needs and how to be the best helper and friend he could be. He learned how to help Hinckley with quiet activities. He also got to help Hinckley say his part in the primary program. Since Hinckely doesn't talk on his own, his parents have a device that they record something in and Hinckley can press a button on it which then plays the recording one word at a time each time he presses the button. Jonah learned how to hold the device and how to help Hinckley push that button so he could be part of the primary program. It was an awesome experience for Jonah. He loved every second of it!

One of the perks of having the church in the backyard and dad being the elder's quorum president is that we had a set of keys and could sneak over for a Friday night nerf war!
And then Kate had a great idea so they could both hitch a ride home!
We were excited to go to Jared and Crystal's gender reveal party and see BLUE dust come from the poppers.
Sometimes we just need lazy days at home. These two little sunshines are so fun to hang out with. Their personalities are so different but they love each other so much.
Graham has decided he LOVES corn on the cob... and I can't say I blame him! It's one of my favorites too! It's one of my favorite things about September!
And he also decided he likes climbing on the piano.... which I'm not quite as excited about. Look at that face! He's not even one bit sorry!
I'm a den leader for Miles's cub scout group. We were learning about how to take care of the flag and we got to have Grandpa John come teach the boys. He talked to them about his time in the army, and taught them each how to fold the flag. The boys were absolutely glued to him while he was talking. They loved to hear about him jumping out of airplanes and seeing his swords. We are so grateful for such supportive grandparents!!
Kate's dance teacher Emma got married. She was such a beautiful bride and her reception was gorgeous! We just love Emma to pieces and are so happy for her and Nate!
Kate got to go to Lagoon with her friend Bailee from dance for Bailee's birthday. They had so much fun!
I snatched Luci for a few hours and we went to Discovery Gateway. Oliver loves playing with the car. You can fill it up with gas, pop the hood to "fix" things there, and they have a rolling scooter thing the kids can lay on to slide under the car and use tools to "repair" things under there too. It's always one of his favorite stations. This time they also couldn't get enough of the water table.
When Jonah and I were at the store he started thinking about what he wants to be for Halloween. He thought this hot dog costume was pretty hilarious and decided to try it on, just to see what he thought!
Miles got to have his first pinewood derby! He made a lime green lamborghini like the one the YouTuber Unspeakable has. He did an awesome job painting it!
We visited my mom at her school and Oliver got right to work at her desk!
And then he found the Incredibles costume we have at home and thought it was awesome to climb all over!
These two are just so cute playing with the magnets on the fridge. Moments like this make me want them to stay little forever.
Miles and Jonah both signed up to play on teams at the Ethan Van Leuven Memorial Soccer Tournament. Their teams fell in the same age group so they got to play each other. Miles's team ended up taking first in their division. It was such a fun experience for both of them!
In the end, Jonah opted to be a dinosaur for Halloween instead of the hot dog. Haha! He and Miles had to try it out as soon as it came, of course!
Sometimes you just need to pull up a chair with your binki and a good book... (clothing not required). This naked little boy cracks me up!
We love playing outside and Graham thinks it's pretty awesome that he can push the buttons to make this little Mickey car drive on its own!
I organized a Girls Night out for our neighborhood and we got a pretty good turnout! We went to dinner at Gardner Village and walked around the shops. It was such a fun night!
For an Elder's Quorum activity we got to tour the airport. Alex Rendon is in the presidency and he works at the airport so he coordinated it for us. We saw all the huge equipment they use to de-ice the planes, their gigantic snow removal trucks and learned a lot about how things work there. My personal highlight of the tour was holding this cute owl!
Jonah and Hinckely got together one more time to practice for the primary program! They did great!
We sure love this cute baby!!
